Our individual therapy sessions are a safe and confidential space to for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Your therapist will collaboratively work alongside you to establish therapy goals and provide tools to help you meet these.

$250 for initial intake.
$220 for subsequent appointments.

If you have a valid referral and care plan you will be eligible to claim $96.65 per session.

Our mission is for all mothers to feel connected and cared for following the birth of their baby.
Being at home with a baby can be a lonely and overwhelming experience and having a community with others going through a similar experience can be invaluable. As not all mums have people available to provide this shared experience, we facilitate weekly mothers groups to help make these connections.
Each week has a set theme based on some common postpartum experiences, questions, and concerns. Attendees are welcome to attend as frequently as they wish.
